Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and want you to love every product you purchase from Coppell Pools. However, due to the nature of our products and supplier limitations, all sales are considered final unless otherwise pre-approved.

Return Eligibility

We may be able to approve a return in rare cases, subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories.

  • All returns require prior approval from both Coppell Pools and our supplier. We do not guarantee return acceptance until that approval is secured.

  • A valid sales receipt or order number is required for all return requests.

  • Restocking fees may apply, based on supplier requirements.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Special order items, including custom covers, liners, and handrails, are not returnable.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at swim@coppellpools.com with your order details, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. We will review your request and, if eligible, seek supplier pre-approval.

  3. If approved, we'll provide further instructions, including any required Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Warranty Claims

All products are sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied by Coppell Pools. In some cases, we may be able to help you facilitate a manufacturer’s warranty claim as a courtesy, subject to manufacturer approval only. Warranty claims cannot be processed through Coppell Pools directly.
